My name is Fadwa Sougrati, and I am a bilingual project management consultant based in Ottawa, with over a decade of experience leading complex, cross-sector initiatives across Canada, Europe, and Africa. With a solid foundation in process and manufacturing engineering, I bring technical depth and operational clarity to projects in R&D, industrial systems, clean technologies,, hydrogen, and carbon capture. I have successfully delivered new product introductions, managed international collaborations, and driven performance in both public and private sector environments. My work is grounded in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and value delivery—particularly in high-complexity and regulated contexts. I have trained and mentored over 100 project managers, and regularly advise leadership teams navigating change, budget constraints, and strategic transformation. Clients recognize me for my structured thinking, collaborative approach, and commitment to measurable impact. Outside of consulting, I’m a mother of two and passionate about advancing inclusive leadership and mentoring the next generation of women in engineering and project management.
